Senior Adults
Seniors are a vital part of the community at Grace Church. Most importantly, we are an example to the younger generation by showing them the love and goodness of God. We believe that God has a special purpose for those of us in our older years. God has equipped us with many different talents, and age is no barrier for what God still wants to do to bring others into a close relationship with Him. We do not all have the same interest, but in God’s plan He has a place for everyone who wants to be involved in His work. You’ll find our seniors active in almost every area of ministry at Grace.
Joint Heirs
Seniors (55+) meet each Sunday during the second service at 10:30 AM in room 10 on the Lutheran High campus. You’re invited to join them for challenging Bible studies and discussion of God’s Word. When a missionary connected to Grace is in town, you’ll also have the opportunity to hear how Christ is being made known to the world. Following the class, come along for lunch at a local restaurant!
In addition to the Joint Heirs class on Sundays (and lunch afterward), Grace’s senior adults gather regularly for potluck game nights, holiday parties, and trips.
